SS, if that extra round is going to be a tie-breaker, fine. If it becomes part of the proper tourney, please drop me from the player list. I will not play any games with manual initial troop placement. That is not the spirit of the original game.

You know what? I am currently playing a few games of it myself, plus hearing early feedback, I am going to eliminate this round. I do not want to add a feature to my tournament until I know how it will influence game play in a more direct way.

Although it makes for some very good Capital style gameplay by letting each player choose their "Capital", at this time ALL GAMES WILL USE AUTOMATIC TROOP PLACEMENT.
