Interesting, and I was thinking about dividing it by the number of players too (though of course, the fact that you don't have the whole scoreboard makes it kinda fishy).
Question: why the natural log? With log base 2 it's easier to see/explain how many points someone gets. (1: max point, 2: max - 1, 4: max - 2, 8: max - 3... 2500: 1, 5000:0). Though it does emphasise the lower ranks a bit more.

after further investigation, you were off some. here is the game you say you won in 5 seconds.

009-09-26 12:00:37 - Game has been initialized
2009-09-26 12:00:41 - White Moose began deploying initial troops this is counted (4 seconds)

2009-09-26 12:03:09 - Incrementing game to round 2
2009-09-26 12:03:09 - White Moose received 3 troops for 2 regions
2009-09-26 12:03:14 - White Moose won the game then this is counted (5 seconds)


yes you won in 5 seconds for manual and counts starting round 2, however, you need to add this part here: 009-09-26 12:00:37 - Game has been initialized, which is another 4 seconds, so you won in 9 seconds if we count it from round 2.


automatic is counted this way as well, but with round 1 instead of 2, for manual it will be round 2, but Game has been initialized tie counts until you begin deploying troops, then stopped, and started over for round 2 with manual.
