This was always one of the reasons that I supported NOT kicking busted players from their games. Because if a mistake is made, then the player is already kicked from the game and it cannot be easily undone.

As I did sully. I was not meaning to disrail the thread but the nietsche quote very apt to the high-handed-ness and inconsistent rulings and behaviour we see so often from particular Mods - Clappers' attitude expouses this sometimes.

Still they are only human. Good on you for apologising sam. Mistakes will always be made.

umm..sorry...I did not intend it to seem like attitude...was only stating that those buttons are in fact very close and that mistakes like this are very easy to make... I am not certain why you felt that was "inconsistent or any kind of behaviour?.... was only asking that you as the community not behead the poor guy for making a valid mistake....and the flame part was at neitz and ronc for there trying to derail this thread with their bickering about flame wars when \this has absolutely notta do do with anything.

I'm only stating facts. Everyone was so upset when they got website banned when they decided to be goodie-goodie friends with Max, yet nothing happened there. Mistakes happen, and they can only happen when you associate yourself with characters of this sort of reputation.

I am talking about backing up the mods in this instance. I don't know why he got banned, but i am sure it was a long way coming as there are others too that having coming, like someone who recently posted. But if people weren't so childish then we wouldn't need mods to slap our hands. Don't make jefjef the innocent one or the victim in this. It sucks we all got fucked who had games with him but that is life.

Sorry this thread is even in existence, and even more sorry that I wasn't around to post a public apology sooner then this.

I have already PM'd jefjef as soon as this instance took place but he wont be able to see that until he is released from his 24 hour forum vacation.

A mistake was made that I am completely responsible for and feel extremely bad for. The result of my mistake left jefjef, his partners, and game mates high and dry.

There is nothing more that I can do except apologize dearly for this mistake.

I value all the support I have been given in the past and hope this slip up
(while it turned out to be a doozie) doesn't change that.

If anything can be done to rectify this then I assure you it will be, but as far as I know at this point the most I can do is humbly apologize again and again. So I continue to do so, although it may not make it right it was an honest mistake and I'm sorry.

People get banned because they have difficulty in understanding simple rules. There isnt a forum to 'hash shit out' on, so dont hash shit out. This isn't about flame wars. I didnt think that was too hard to understand.

Once again I apologize. I ensure everyone that anything that can be done is being done to right this wrong.

A PM was sent to jefjef at the time of the punishment to inform him of the violation that occurred to earn him a 24 hr Forum ban. If he feels it unjust he is more then welcome to open an E-Ticket on the matter.

Of course the mix up that caused it to be a website ban was totally uncalled for, and totally my fault. All I can do is apologize to him, his team mates, and anyone else effected in the games he is in.

There will be a slew of doubles escalating games popping up tonight where anyone can join to take their shot at me to gain some vengeance. Once they are created they will be posted in call outs, or feel free to PM me and I will send you the password/invite.

Whack the dumb King for his mistake we will call it..

Look at chat game 5589764... The 3rd wheel was chating up about the gang bang. It was the 1st one I clicked on. I bet if logs were checked in alot of those that would be the proof ya need king.

as per the community guidelines the violation that you had of trolling and asking others to collude in unsanctioned gaming on the site should have earned you a 24 hour forum vacation, and some how it resulted in a website vacation.

It was on topic and you know it. king stated he needed more than just this game. I gave him an additional game #.
