ukranian foul and offensive [busted]

Could somebody please remove this trash talking cretins tit for tat negative feedback.
It is offensive, foul and totally unnecessary.
Ukranian has twice as much negative feedback as positive.
I checked out some of his other games and found similar.
Do we need people like this?
Can we ban him?
