Does he admit to doing it deliberately in game chat? Players should just foe and rate him accordingly. Missing turns is not against the rules, so he is playing within the rules, but quite possibly not within the spirt of the game.

Unwritten Rules
Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, holding players hostage, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts, systematically "farming" new recruits.

Brilliant! That's the way to do it - taking advantage of the game engine can never be a C&A-issue. It's simply tactics.

Playing devils advocate here. Just because its not against the rules, doesn't mean it isn't cheap. Maybe accusation should be game engine assisted farming?
Exactly, I joined your games and took the first move for deployment. Sometimes I don't care about deploying first and there is nothing saying when you join a freestyle game that you have to deploy first. You are the one that missed the first turn in this game and didn't win alex951. How is that cheating? Game 5633988. I am not forcing anyone to make the first deploy in any of my games. They can join and wait for me to make the first move.

how does this relate to the accusation? the accusation is intentional deadbeating.

Read the game Game 5633988 ronc8649 and you tell me who (hint: it was not b00060) missed a turn in the first round and who won (hint: it was b00060. Missing a deployment round does not = deadbeating.
but i also know that mogul games are won 80 percent of the time by the person who goes first. and the list that becky gave all have you missing the deployment round. which to me is deadbeating. how is it not deadbeating? you are missing a round of play?
i dont like cheap shit like that. double turns are finally gone, and now cc's game engine gives someone a chance to exploit a cheap tactic. i dont know man. i dont like it.
i am all for warnings given out, and nothing more. or not even warnings, just, fix it, and whoever is doing it, stop. cc isnt all about points. jesus christ? why do people fixate themselves on shit like this? i dont know.
