Fuel efficiency - American cars are not profitting because they only appeal to countries with low gas prices. Nissan is in business because of that.

Um, it wasn't a "comeback" as you so quaintly put it. I really do think they need to be out of Denver. If Elway had played in a place with normal air, his numbers would have not been nearly as impressive. Put Dan Marino, Bret Favre, or Joe Montana in Denver, they'd blow Elway's numbers out of the water. Outdoor sports in Denver is stupid. Look at the Rockies. Biggest park in the majors, and they are still top five in Hr's every year. If you are going to play sports in Denver a mile above sealevel do it in a pressurized dome, so the ball's behave normally.
