Not a professional map maker but I think I would agree. potential problem with this map is unilateral attacking.

Not too sure with what I have, but there are times when it makes breathing rather difficult, hurts with sneezing and coughing, and has given me a temperature of 102 (this morning anyways). Overall, it sucks, royally.

I would say that, utilities can attack each other, connecting railroads, maybe card spaces can bombard certain marked territories that would other wise be hard to get to. Basically the idea is interesting but making it into a workable map will probably be difficult.
