While we at CC take a very liberal stance at what is said if you feel their is a violation of game chat/PM abuse above what the community guidelines outlines please feel free to submit the PM's to one of the C&A mods or King A for further review.

i think he means the game chat... and i have seen far worse... to top it off, the offending member explained and apologized. i think this is a foe and move on sort of moment...

Agreed Owen. If that is the case the course of action from this will be just that. Waiting for clarification and forwards of PM's if any.

Thanks for looking into this guys.

I confirm no PMs were received. The apology arrived well after I'd reported the abuse. i would not have reported this had an apology been swift.

After 1000 games I know very well that abuse in-game can be worse. However, not quite sure why in-game abuse is allowed but PM abuse is not?
JN is a new player (100+ games) and already has a record of unpleasant in-game chat. I appreciate you cannot be expected to police all chat but thought a warning was perhaps an idea to steer new users into better conduct?

Just my thoughts - you guys give up your time to run the show and I appreciate your efforts.

We take a very liberal stance here on CC. And while this is an adult gaming site and the occasional swear word is more common then most like we try not to moderate and step in unless their is gross abuse that is done, bigotry, racism, use of personal information and such. You can find this information in the community guidelines on what we do and don't moderate when it comes to player interaction.

Unfortunately while this may have been unpleasant chat to you, it is not enough at this time to warrant any disciplinary measures. I however am Noting this in JenniferNorth's account for future reference if their is any and sending her a reminder to try not to push the bounds too far or else she can be subject to the punishments that come along.

As for this my suggestion for you is to use the Foe/Rating system so you don't have to deal with this user and the unpleasantness from them anymore.
