My point being... it would be pretty easy for me to flame back using similar vulgarities and I have done many a time in the past when flame wars existed but I don't want to pick up a ban and want to maintain my freedom to post in these forums even if it is increasingly being run like a nanny-state where any time someone gets verbally assaulted, the knights in shining moderator suits come to the rescue. I'm sure you also are tempted to use some coarser language but unlike harijan you know the new consequences and hence decided to just make weak baits at the general CC posters by calling them boring as you know you can get away with that. I rolled my eyes as I'm fed up with all the same threads constantly cropping up about flame wars going, it is old news, the flamers lost and ran away to pileofawesome where they can get away with it.
So it's the language? I disagree. I think if you're witty you get banned. If you have a non-majority opinion you get banned. If you make this place more interesting you get banned. How many more troll political threads do we have to read before everyone leaves? The most fun we can have here is waiting for someone to say something not politically correct then throwing a couple of veiled insults their way, and wait for the ban. Woopeee!

i agree with you here xelabale. i would rather read some witty put down than the numerous boring political threads in Turtle Soup. i don't want to argue the toss with somebody i'm never going to meet about their political veiws and mine.

also Nag, Hari has been gone for over a year. how the fook would he know that FW had gone and this place has no sense of humour anymore.

That's not actually a flame joshyboy, if your mom likes scat, that might be a compliment to her resilience under duress, since so few people do enjoy it, that is.
