i was talking about mystique and not the fact that it's unfair for you, i agree it's unfair for youbeersurfer wrote:we dont need smart aleck remarks benben79 wrote:never thought i would say that but i'm really happy she's gone![]()

its not the fact of taking a loss ... its an unjust loss because our teammate got kicked ... i had no idea he was doing anything wrong ... i was just playin the game
and I'm pretty sure mystique was a he ... everyone ive talked to agrees with me
This issue has been discussed (and resolved) earlier. The current rule and its complete shafting of the team mates is there by design and I wouldn't expect it to change any time soon. Sorry.beersurfer wrote:I did nothing wrong and neither did my other teammate ... there needs to be some kind of resolution to this matter ... its completely unfair and biased ...
This seems to me to be the key question. I notice there has been no response to it.lord voldemort wrote:would you prefer to lose points to a cheater (multi)?

well this is a pretty irrational view... simple answer is no ... who would?lord voldemort wrote:would you prefer to lose points to a cheater (multi)?
Bet you are thinking NOW though if your "Playing Partners" are up to snuff. And if this rule stands, and you happen to get burnt, you will really start checking up on this.Chuuuuck wrote: No reason to punish people who did nothing wrong on this site. And it is really easy to say "don't associate with shady people" but I have 20-30 playing partners and I have NO CLUE if any of them are multis. And if they are, they aren't going to just come out and tell me in game chat. I would be livid if you kicked one of them out of a team game while we were partners. Quit punishing the innocent.
This is a rehash of the ignorant bullshit that Mystique somehow was committing racial abuse by badmouthing canadians. Multi was the crime, committed and punished for.tlau wrote:he violates 2 rules, not just 1 => 2 multis + racial abuse

to play devils advocate: How is this fair? What if the other team was winning? What if the "Stand in" is someone with much greater or much less skill?Chuuuuck wrote: But then all of the team games should be just declared a draw, or someone else should be able to stand in so the teammates aren't punished.

honestly, NO ... i dont consider any of the other partners i play with to be up to "snuff" (stuff?)Snowgun wrote:

Have you ever looked at someone's ratings to see if you want to join their games? Same thing.
i'm not arguing about him getting kicked or for what reasons ... again this is ignorant oversight of the subject at hand...tlau wrote:he violates 2 rules, not just 1 => 2 multis + racial abuse
REALLY? ... i thought the risk was in the game play itself ... not in the concern of your teammates getting kicked out for whatever reason and the remaining partners having to suffer for it ... if that was in the rules when i started i would probably never have played a team game... if that was the risk and those were the consequences, i probably never would have paid for premium ...Snowgun wrote: Suck it up. it's a RISK!
I think what LV meant is the opposing team to the cheater. Maybe? Could be wrong. In this case, letting Mystique finish out the game, winning, and they lose points to a cheater. I may be misinterpretting.lord voldemort wrote:would you prefer to lose points to a cheater (multi)?
