Then how come The Odd Fellows Union clan forum has my 'Welcome' thread dated 28th July (27th July in U.S. time). That's the date the clan was established. Just coz I put up a recruitment notice several days later doesn't mean TOFU hadn't already been formed with the requisite number of members. What's the rule you're applying here - length of time as a clan or length of time since posting a recruitment notice?

1. One competitive clan rule enforced
2. One completed clan challenge of at least 20 games.
3. Three months as a clan

Unfortunately, I can't verify the creation of the clan forums. I only see the recruitment threads. There is a way around though...
