Dead Tournaments?

Post by phantomzero »

Hey there. I'm wondering what to do if there are dead tournaments where the creator no longer is around/interested in finishing the tourney? Does someone new need to step in and run it?

Hi phantomzero,

I am the Tournament Director responsible for Abandoned and Rescued Tournaments.

In general, if somebody thinks a tournament is "dead" or inactive, please send me a pm with a link to the forum thread and I'll look into it.

In this tournament frozen_flame is the co-host and he said he would continue the tournament after the original organizer received a site ban.

If he doesn't continue it, it could become considered "Needing Rescue".

Hope this answers your question.
