Whitout a doubt! You can't even make fun of his name! Even though Barack Obama as a name more sounds like the President of the United Arab Emirates than the United States it's still impossible to make a joke of it without being called a racist for doing it!

That exact comment got me called a racist.

I don't think neither of Bush or Obama should have been elected president! When George W Bush won against Al Gore I realized that democracy just doesn't work the way it's supposed to! And Obama won mainly because of who he was up against. I think the U.S. has had ONE good candidate since the year 2000. And that was Al Gore!

And Obama won mainly because of who he was up against.

McCain was a solid candidate though, at least as solid as a party responsible for 8 years of Bush can produce. I'm pretty sure Obama won mostly because he is black. Actually he was exactly what people wanted after Bush: new, fresh, Democrat, etc... but the "historic" nature of him being the first black president sealed the deal, because black racists had black pride and white racists had white guilt. If a Republican had taken office in '08 I would have shit bricks.

It's obvious that aside from all the things Obama was, the fact that he wasn't from the same party as Bush was the most important factor in him winning. If he had been old, white and ugly he still would've won.
