I didn't mean to mislead you with the clarification regarding Dover. I just figured if I gave a flat "no" and his location ends up being in a place most Delawarians call Dover, I didn't want to piss everyone off. So I don't think I'd use this strategy.

Based on pouring over googlemaps, the majority of the homes between 95 and 13 are a little rundown and generally extremely close together (closer together than in the picture). I did a search on realtor.com, but gave up after about 5 pages. I also looked for street names having to do with bananas or monkeys (seriously).
