This player has simply created several games on a very popular speed map - Doodle Earth - and is attacking neutrals and useless territories until he can no longer assault. He's dumping his points. After I realised I made sure I didn't join any more games.
Seriously? I had Africa, and he had one on Iceland. Defending all I had was a one on Europe. He decided to deploy on Iceland and take Germany - which was a neutral three - before taking Europe. Even someone who isn't a very good player wouldn't do that unless they were intentionally losing.

Erm, no I didn't. If he is actually a crap player, he still wouldn't have unnecessarily taken a neutral when I had a bonus he could have broken with relative ease. He also wouldn't have suicided in seven games...

This shall be noted for now. These 6 games can be seen subjectively and he/she may have done some strange moves to indicate that he/she was not actually trying to win a game, but looking at the big picture, these games are not yet enough to take them as evidence for point dumping.
