Inside the CC world, mostly in English, it appears the idea from some groups making international tournaments between people with the “same” language. We realize that more or less we can understand each other. The challenge is to make a big Championship. The volume of participation we are looking for is so big that it is not possible to be assumed by only one person.
The realization of several tournaments of all Latin derived languages, each one in its own language and giving qualify to the Interlingua phase.
We are trying to start the so awaited international Tournament LATINO.
All Spanish, Portuguese and others understandable languages coming from Latin are welcome, do you think we forgot the Italian? How? If they taught us to speak, but even now their support to that project is essential. I am just going to name another language the French, but I know the world of Latin languages is so wider as you can see in the map below.

Since you are reading this information, press "Post Replay" to join and leave some comments about your idea. Please PM all your friends to be able to do it in a big scale.
We hope to become a group of friends cooperating to enjoy the game in our language.
We have divided the championship work in parts for tournaments organizers to ensure its continuity. Also we can find some collaboration that we deeply appreciate. We need to spread as much as possible trying that this project should be successful. Of course there are a lot of things to improve.... but this is just a start. Please help us to improve and WELCOME.

Somebody who ask to be included in the game is going to be reported any Latino forum where this person wrote, they should tell that want to participate. The data we need to take note are ‘name’, CC-country, language …. to have only one list, and divide it.
b. Types of games
By now, only single (while it is possible against their country opponents).
Later we will develop for doubles, triples and quadruples and other asked types, if it is possible.
c. Games
SINGLE: Standard, Map depending on the speakers zone, sequential, flat rate, chained, no fog, casual.
Round 1: 1 vs 1. (winner 11 points)
Round 2: 3 players (winner 12 points)
Round 3: 4 players (winer 13 points)
Players per game
SINGLE:
Generally we are going to select the players by the point order(classification)
For example when it finish 3 games of round one, we are going to make 2 games for round 2, one with the 3 winners and 1 with the 3 loosers. So while the slowests still playing round one, the fastest can begin round 2.
Always if it is possible we are going to try that opponents are not the same.
and if it is necessary we can change for some game of the round the number of players, but trying that approximate as much as possible.
SUMMING UP:
As far as possible, we are going to make SETS of 3 rounds (with 2,3,4 players)

While possible, players will be separate by country.
First round: All players 1 vs 1
Second round: All players in 3 players games.
Third round: All players in 4 players games.
e. Champion and knocked out
Second SET: After 1st SET of 3 games, we are going to look what player is exactly in the middle of the classification. The players with less punctuation than him, are eliminated, and we begin the second SET.
When at the end of one set, we can determine by punctuation who is the 1st and who is the 2nd, the national tournament will finish.
f. Partial tournaments
Following the tournaments structure, each tournament is going to be finished as normally, but keeping in mind the order and quantity of qualification, so from them we are going to make the Interlingua phase.
Classification by countries
Between all the players from the same country is going to be the order for each country:
1. Who more points reached.
2. Between people with the same points, the person who took this points in before round.
3. If they still tie and it is necessary for the Interlingua phase, they can play an additional game.
1. Who more points reached.

3. If they still tie and it is necessary for the Interlingua phase, they can play an additional game.
Classifications and representatives for every country.
It is clear that this is just a first step to reach our aim
It wouldn't be consider an International Tournament if in the final phase only we can find representatives from one country, so it will be made some classify rounds to choose the representatives from each country before than the previous phase.
Draft about national representation in the Interlingua Phase
1. The system will be “national playoffs->previous->final phase”.
2. The representatives from each country to go to the previous, is going to be determined for the amount/ of participation from every country. Keeping in mind that the final phase is going to be for 16 persons/teams and the representatives from one country should be less than a half in this final phase.
3. Previous phase depending on the proportional number of participants from country/ total number of participants:
3.1. Countries up to 4%, one (1) representative in previous phase.
3.2. Since 4% and up to 6% two (2) representatives in previous Phase.
3.3. Since 6% and up to 8% three (3) representatives in previous phase.
3.4. Since 8% and up to 10% four (4) representatives in previous phase.
3.5. More than 10% three (3) representatives in previous phase.
4. However, these countries with more than 10% of participation will send representatives directly to the final phase, in this way:
4.1. Over 10%, one (1) representative directly to the final phase.
4.2. Over 20%, two (2) representatives directly to the final phase.
4.3. Over 30% three (3) representatives directly to the final phase.
4.4. Over 50% four (4) representatives directly to the final phase.
5. It is possible that some player choose to play for one country different than this that appears in CC (he should inscribe as "double nationality"). Given that passing to the previous, he cannot be the only representative of the country (case 3.1.), then the national playoffs he will compete against the other players with the same CC flag.
6. Example: I live in China (my CC flag is China) and I am from Panamá. Then I can ask for "double nationality: China-Panamá. If the number of participants from Panamá is up to 4%, then the national playoffs I have to compete in China and only with Panama if there are more participants than in China. Then when I reach the previous phase, from then I will participate as Panamá.
7. Once we know the directly representatives to the final and previous phase, we can increase the number of classified in one more for each country following the participation order, if it is needed to complete the previous phase.
