Mmmm. Not to be off topic but it looks like serbia feels flamed. I assume it's in re of his EPIC FAIL sig. When one goes to wikipedia under the word FAIL it automatically diverts you to FAILURE. Same word. Same meaning. It's your signature. If you feel flamed by YOUR sig ya may wanna change it.

Hostage Games
What is it
Hostage Games are where a user or group of users intentionally prolong a game or games in winning position repeatedly, over a substantial number of games, and refrain from eliminating their opponent(s) though they are in easy position to end the game.

• This may be done to hold a a Free Account "hostage" --- since they cannot play more than 4 games at time, or may be used as a means of holding games in winning position to make up for games they will lose in the future.

Which is what mr.papageorgio is found Guilty of doing in this case. As per the community guidelines this is a Major/Severe Infraction, and since the accused has not had a Warning yet he gets one in this case. If he repeats this performance again and is reported for it the community guidelines state that he will receive a 1 Month Vacation from the site. He has been Warned and told to finish the game.

As for the Colton situation, no Colton your not the only one that gets punished for trolling/spamming, and what not. Mods cant be everywhere, I know kinda shocking, but we depend on other users reporting misuse of the rules. And Colton Bones has a point here.

It is typically advised to not post in the chats of games you are not playing. If you do wish to post in another player's game, please keep your comments limited to a Good Luck comment or a quick question. Spamming or trolling other player's games is not allowed.

Common Trolling can be:

• Posting controversial or irrelevant messages or topics with the intent to provoke/bait someone else into a pissing match, emotional response, flame fest or to generally disrupt the discussion.

This is also sited in the community guidelines.

ConquerClub takes a fairly liberal stance to what is said in game chat. You might see those four letter words...

Yes we take a very liberal stance, but entering in games your not in and trolling to spread the 4 letter words is not what is meant by this.

Let this be a lesson to not do this in the future.

I believe the best way to treat such cases would be to just deprive the guy from the specific victory.

Personally I don t have any claim for one month ban for mr.papageorgio.
This way we would be making a big deal out of the subject.

Anyway i must say it s just sick behaviour.
