Can i retire my account and start a new one?

Post by SGUstickman »

Hi all.

For a variety of non-dastardly reasons*, I'd like to retire my current account and start another. Can my current account be deleted? I have no interest in keeping my rank or achievements.
I'm currently not in any games. If i simply stop using my current account and start using another, will i get dinged for cheating?

Is there any way to do this?

Thanks!

* - I find my user name annoying. i chose it carelessly, thinking I'd only be playing a game or two with friends. Little did i know I'd become a CC addict. I also very much enjoyed rising through the ranks. Now that i've reached my natural skill limit (my score's been fluctuating around 3000 or so for months) I find that an element of the games enjoyment has been lost.

Or to elaborate ...

Only if you want to reported as a multi account, since when you first joined, you clicked a box saying that you would 'only ever use one account' And until or unless CC change their rules (which they seem very reluctant to do) then that seems pretty restrictive.

Though, I recall that in the past some Usernames where changed on request. So maybe you can get that done ;)

Not true, there have been instances of multis created, and the person could buy back in with the multi account. Admins refuse to answer why they have double standards however.
