How would the bonuses work with the additional card?

I don't think this will be popular since it goes against one of the fundamental aspects of risk, but if you find a way to make it work it might be feasible.

well everything would stay the same but just add the collor yellow in with green, blue and red. and sully this is conquer club, not risk, its much better then risk in all ways. risk is boring and takes forever to play we'll conquer club is fun, and you don't have to take 3, 4 or even 5 hours to play a game when you can just plat a RT on the computer with other people.

This is a dumb idea. We already have wild cards on the to-do list, which actually makes sense, but throwing another random color in just for the hell of it..... no.

yellow cards could be nukes :)
nukes bomb a random tile or the one written on the card and all troops die and tile becomes irradiated.

irradiated tile is not considered part of a continent and everyone that passes it halves his army (rounded down)

I've read this a half dozen times now and it still makes no sense at all. What's the difference?

Maybe you can get special cards that upon handing them in, will cause special effects such as: swapping all cards between the players (player 2 gets the cards from player 1, player 3 gets the cards from player 2, etc). or cards that lets you "steal" cards from other players. and of course everyone can suggest other nutty effects. Just a thought.

NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! NO!

this is primarily a website to play risk which is why the classic map is one of the most played maps. Risk does not have yellow cards. Rel risk is better simply because you can see your armies building up more easily and its fun to move the little soldiers.

People teach their dogs to sit, it's a trick. I've been sitting my whole life, and a dog has never looked at me as though he thought I was tricky.

Although I don't like moving further away from actual RISK. Still, this could be an interesting option.

That is exactly what I think too - there is very little difference between this site and real risk, except that we've got a hell of a lot of really cool maps compared to just the Classic map of ordinary risk

Cards have one of four things on them.
A cannon, a cavalry, or an infantryman, or all three.
This is done on the internet as blue, green, and red (there isn't a wild yet).

That's why there are three colors. They represent one of the three types of cards in the game your playing. RISK.

That aside: All computer versions of risk will seem faster as the dice rolls are automatic, not manually done, and counting armies is automatic as well.
That aside, this takes days or weeks, not hours.
