suggestion: split up the foundry!

I'd like to see the Foundry split into two distinct forums: one for ideas that are being kicked around, and one for maps that are actually under development.

It is frustrating to see the maps that are under way and in need of advice being pushed to page two because topics like "I need an idea" or "Wouldn't it be cool if..." keep getting bumped up.

Suggested before. 'Sub Forums' are on the To-Do list.
