World 2_1 map

This idea is not for a new map but a slight mod of the existing World 2.0 map. For this game play everyone starts with just one territory (the capital). This is similiar to the New World and Feudal War maps. Neutral armies are distributed around the map.

My suggestion for capitals are:
Western USA
Amazonas
Zimbabwe
Mali
France
Evenkia
India
East Australia

This spreads it out as much as possible while allowing for 8 players. Neutral armies would be placed on other territories. Some might have 1 while others might have 10. For example Cameroon would have 10 neutrals while Chad would have just 1. I creates a barrier if there are 2 players in Africa while allowing them to battle over "The Horn".

The existing map is called World 2.1...

If you have starting points, you'll need to scrap the bonus structure. Instead sprinkle resource pairs all over the map, or something.

Although starting points mixed with continent boni worked in the third crusade map... but it's a real careful balancing act if you go that way.

Anyway, a world conquest map would be nice. But it will have to be completely different in gameplay from both Classic and World 2.1...
