More or less. I was looking for number of people who got each medall(I was not able to determine how many bronze, silver or gold) and I ordered from lower to higher amount of people who can show them. Perhaps it is a little bit complicate, but for example to change the order should be very easy. I mean I prefer to show those that show me as Tournament Organizer (usually last and hide), better than these that almost everybody can show
In my own case (and I guess most of us) if some of my medals should be hide I prefer to hide this

I mean for easiest implementation it would be enough to change the order to the opposite (these that now are lasts would become first, those that now are first would become last) ... but if it is possible I would like to show those than few other person have.

... Next step after this can be for gold medals "Gold with color background" =1000 =5000 ... Even I think the way for your XXX awards should be changed (for 1 to 10- counting step 1 ... for 10 to 100 counting step 10- for 100 to 1000 counting step 100) This also make 30 possible different medals, but you take more range.
I mean now you have I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XV, XVI, XVII, XVIII,...
I say it should show I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XX, XXX, XL, L, LX, ... and C, CC, CCC
or even I think it would be better changing after VII.
1 to 7 then 10, 15, 20, 25, 30
then 40, 50, 60, 70
then 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 ... or something similar
