I would like to point out that even Jones didn't even say anything about "putting a $5000 plow on a pickup truck" and he's living in the United States so he probably has seen such a thing. Winter is every year.

Winter does not = the amounts of snow that has fallen in London this year. Every year? It has not done this in 25+ years.

I believe in England it is defence if it is a noun and defense if it is a verb. At least that is what I read in today's local paper.

Glad I live in Canada. I can spell it defence or defense and not care if its a noun or a verb. FTW!!!

Amount of snow moved: 2.4 million cubic metres.
Snow removal budget 2008: $65 million.
