Keep in mind the call will end in 10 seconds, s/he won't call you back or pick up, and you can't multitask.
We believe this is one of the more unanswerable questions in life.

Simple. Win the game, then call her back saying sorry you just missed her, you couldn't find the phone/was in the bathroom/had to take out the garbage/any excuse that might work well.

Easy. Ignore the call, win the game, then call her back explaining to her how you had to win the game. If she thinks its stupid, she's not the right type of girl. Its kinda like a firewall.

OK, to put it simply, you can choose EITHER the game OR the girl. There is NO cheap way to get both. Basically it comes down to which one is more important to you, the game or the girl?

Is this my wife or my (would-be) girlfriend? Is she hot? How is the sex? There are a lot of factors that will play into this.
If my wife, or not hot, or boring sex, I'll win the game. If not my wife, and she's hot, and we have porno-style sex, I'll answer the phone.
Also how many points could you gain/lose? Will you rank up or drop? Such things are important also.
I don't really care about points or rank, I just find I'm not as likely to prioritize sex above all else anymore. Unless it meets the above qualifications.
