Well, I think its safe to say, that while the abuse accusation really is just no where near what CC calls abuse...its also very clear that not all players know that....and on some websites, nearly no such posts are allowed...so, it is possibly an honest mistake.

Only they purposefully frivolous accusations need be addressed...not the...for lack of a better term, ignorant ones.
