New stamp proposal

Now that we don't get draft stamps anymore, I'm thinking it would be appropriate to award a "Design Brief Approved" stamp to maps when they make it out of the melting pot.

Can I design it? Can I? Please? :)

I deliberately avoided commissioning/reintroducing the idea stamp at this moment in time - you may notice the new Beta and Quench stamps that have been in use (admittedly not very frequently) since the beginning of the year...
