Its probably pretty hard to get an overall rating of 4.0 or lower simply because you are beating players and they are retaliating with low rating stars. I personally have a 4.3 threshold. I hear what RHP 1 is saying. If someone throws a 1's rating at someone, get over it. It happened, it's not gonna affect your score, and it was just a rare bad deal.
HOWEVER, this guy throws 1's at everyone, and thats a problem. This is different than someone giving 1's to someone, even if it was retaliatory, every once in a while (but rarely).
