Scene

After closer examination of the pumpkins, the townsfolk realized that the dummies were no mere coincidence. Somebody had definitely put them there for a reason. Suspicion swung towards colton, who had a hard time explaining why he was firing weapons in the middle of the night. The town dragged him to the well decorated hanging tree.

A quick check of his belongings revealed a bright red bandanna. There was no doubt, he was a member of the dastardly Gunslinger Gang.

colton24(Mafia) has been lynched!

It is now Night 6 (I know what I'm doing, the game is not over). Please send in your night actions.

Also, all night actions are in, but I'm waiting for PCM to update the thread before announcing Day 7 to avoid confusion.

Scene

As night turned into day, an eerie silence drifted over the town. The remaining survivors eyed each other suspiciously, with their hands on their holsters as the new day began.

It is now Day 7!

With 7 alive, it takes 4 to lynch.

I figured as much.... I didn't block anyone, it's probably a leftover cultist.
Even if it didn't indicate scum, did any of your investigations seem cultish F1fth?

Anyways, it may have taken me three days, but I finally feel vindicated for pretty much making a one-note hissy fit about not lynching Colton. I feel vindicated. And yeah, the scene makes me think that there was really nothing going on last night. I agree with a rogue cultist being our last obstacle. I'm really liking this whole killing-scum thing we've been doing as of late.

I'm sorry Spurg, but you're about to not like it so much.

Spurgistan seems extremely cultish and I'm 99% certain that he's our last man based on my investigation. That was quite a good deduction /. Now, someone cap that foo.

Scene

As a result of the quiet night, f1fth became suspicious of spurgistan. He called spurgistan a cultist, and begged someone to shoot spurg because his gun was empty. Nagerous was happy to oblige.

After spurgistan died, a search of his belongings revealed a bloodstained bible. He could only have been a cult member.

Ok, here are all the night actions. Unfortunately, I didn't keep track of what I said to f1fth, but I feel like they may have been too simple. If he wants to post them himself, please do.

Also, the main quirk to this game was that The Mafia did not have daykills!. They carried empty guns around.

Doctor captainwalrus
Roleblocker / (uses daykill on Day 5)
Barkeep (cop-like role, receives cryptic messages. Refer to Night 0 action for an example.) F1fth (uses his daykill on Day 3)
Cult Leader cowboyz
Cultie spurgistan
Cultie wercool (Originally Vanilla Townie)
Cultie Senfive (Originally Vanilla Townie)
Naive Cop gregwolf121
Townie X8

Army of GOD
duday53
safariguy5
nagerous
Rainbow Eater (used daykill on cowboyz day 2)
strike wolf

Mafia X4

deathcomesrippin
SFX!
colton24
Crazyirishman

Night 0
cowboyz converts wercool
f1fth investigates PMC-Psm 1(Since PMC was culted, I sent F1fth Psalm 1 as a cryptic hint of that. You can use your own discretion when it comes to these hints. I didn't have any planned anyway.)
/ roleblocks captainwalrus

Night 1
F1fth investigates cowboyz
gregwolf investigates senfive
cowboyz coverts senfive senfive is now a cultie
/ roleblocks duday
captainwalrus saves spurgistan
Mafia kill Senfive

Night 2
F1fth investigates deathcomesrippin
captainwalrus saves Nag
/ roleblocks nobody
gregwolf investigates rainbow eater
Mafia kills gregwolf

Night 3
Mafia kill duday
/ blocks spurgistan
f1fth investigates captainwalrus
captainwalrus protects /

Night 4
captainwalrus protects f1fth
/ roleblocks nagerous
f1fth investigates crazyirishman
Mafia kill f1fth

Night 5
/ roleblocks colton
f1fth investigates ArmyofGod
Mafia kills nagerous
captainwalrus protects f1fth

Night 6
f1fth investigates spurgistan
cw protects f1fth
/ roleblocks nobody
Remember to hold them to the rules. I'm here if you need any advice.

What did you all think of PCM's setup and my (mostly modding)?

Well, things certainly turned out well for town. The cult could have been a huge problem and we're really lucky the leader was taken out that early. Anyway, I know you guys would like to see my investigations, so here they are in chronological order (I could also give a description of my thinking on all of the clues if anyone would like to hear it):

Night 1: pmchugh/wercool (townie culted that night):
Psalm 1

Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.

Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.
---------- ---------- ----------

Night 2: cowboyz (cult leader):
So much of what we call management consists in making it difficult for people to work.
Peter Drucker (1909 - 2005)
---------- ---------- ----------

Night 3: LSU/deathcomesrippin (mafia):
"Red on yellow, kills a fellow. Red on Black, venom lack!"
---------- ---------- ----------

Night 4: captainwalrus (doctor):
"Primum non nocere"
---------- ---------- ----------

Night 5: crazyirishman (mafia):
Frank Costello: When you decide to be something, you can be it. That's what they don't tell you in the church. When I was your age they would say we can become cops, or criminals. Today, what I'm saying to you is this: when you're facing a loaded gun, what's the difference?
---------- ---------- ----------

Night 6: ArmyofGod (townie):
Some men are born mediocre, some men achieve mediocrity, and some men have mediocrity thrust upon them."
Joseph Heller (1923 - 1999), "Catch-22"
---------- ---------- ----------

Night 7: spurgistan (cultist):
Koresh: "What is Christ revealed as, according to the fourth seal?"
FBI: "Pale... a rider on a pale horse."
Koresh: "And his name is what?"
FBI: "Death."
Koresh: "Now, do you know what the name Koresh means?"
FBI: "Go ahead..."
Koresh: "It means death."

GG all, Thanks for the game PCM it was very fun, as for your modding Safari, in attentiveness to the game you are grade A, but you should work on a few things, particularly the amount of info given to town. A mod is unbiased, they should rely on the viewpoint of the players rather than what they (someone who knows everything) can see, if a player is missing (Crazyirishman) it doesn't matter what the mod knows about their whereabouts, if they do not make themselves known to the players they would be considered "missing" in our fictional world.
Also the flavor of the night scene makes too much known for an attentive player. If you outright let me know my roleblock prevented a death, you may as well make a me a cop in this situation.
