Comments: Didn't attack each other once after the initial few rounds despite claiming to have no treaties. They have also played a lot of games together previously and usually chat in a friendly manner, in the game in which I suspect they conducted secret diplomacy they did not speak at all.

There isn't enough in this one game to prove secret diplomacy. So this report will be NOTED.
