First, the multi accusation. This should be easy to handle, Paybob is from Canada, and I am from the US (Nebraska). My IP address should clear me.
Second, the Secret Diplomacy accusation. I have never contacted Paybob. I have attacked Paybob and broken his bonuses, see Africa in round 19. In that case I think I was trying to take over Africa but failed (I don't recall everything, I have a job, house, kids etc etc, this just a little fun) . In this game I have overreached (it is called risk) at least once but survived. He has broken my bonus as well (I think). In the last 2 or 3 turns it seemed to me that Paybob was more concerned about ChadBo then me, so I tried to play into that by not attacking him (but still leaving about a 1/3 of my troops in Mexico City to prevent him from breaking NA). It worked, Paybob and ChadBo battled it out and both were far weaker in the end. Since Paybob had left SA, Europe and Africa largely undefended I attacked and I eliminated him this round.
The unprotected borders that the two of you maintained throughout the game wouldn’t make any sense without some sort of arranged deal. Since none was written in the open the only other place to suspect would be in private. As far as the two of you being in separate parts of the world as noted by your flags that's just a choice in the personal settings is it not? I don’t know of any way to check the IP. That would be a nice feature for us as players to be able to do on our own as part of looking into foul play. Having been burned by cheaters who were later caught I am probably a little more sensitive and suspicious of anything that looks out of the ordinary.
Thank you again for your response to my suspicions and since there was no dishonesty you clearly played a better game than I did.
