The complaint is valid, however, the accused is relieved of punishment as he has previously provided translation services to Saxi via PM in the matter of this song:

Saxi was there when the incomparable Kirka performed his famous song, Abduction of a Girl, at the Sopot International Festival of Song - the premier annual cultural event in the Warsaw Pact - in Sopot, Poland back in '77. What a grand night it was! Such warm memories! (Look at the part at 1:40 when he almost comes in a beat early and then catches himself and laughs it off. KIRKA, you devil!)

This will be retroactively applied as fulfillment of sanction.

In my complaint filed here, I am not mentioning the C&A forum. We all know how precious that forum is, and i would never speak badly of it, or anyone who posts in it.

Very likely the OSYMAT's are in league with the GANG OF FIVE. I will not tolerate flaming and baiting in my forums.
