BE able to create only rank games. Example cooks to 1st class etc. Would help some cheating. I hate CHeaters. Why so much cheating?

your suggestion would certainly encourage some kind of cheating, namely the avoid a lower rank player syndrom. not even a good suggestion.
try private games where you invite people. That should cut down on this cheating thing of yours too. Obviously, you need premium for it.
