When an invitation to a private game is not accepted (for whatever reason), the game launcher should have the option of removing the empty player slot and starting gameplay with the players in attendance.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
Right now, the game launcher has to start a whole new game with fewer slots, reinvite those he knows can play, and wait for them to join... again. Clunky.
