OK, still nobody has answered me about the "red circle" picture. Is it just the face looking around the corner on the left, or is there something else?

At first I thought it might be the fatter girl but now looking closely at the window it looks like there's a guy with the "I know what you Did Last Summer" jacket peering at them from across the way...also something under that one girl's arm...
