Classic Mafia [10/10] roles go out tuesday

YAY! i finally did it. sign up for vodean's Classic mafia today!
The set-up is simple:
3 mafia (mafia, one collective night kill)
1 inspector (investigates people)
1 policeman [roleblocker](arrests one person, guilty or not, who cannot make an action that night. if he arrests a mafia, and if the inspector chooses him OR the mafia, the mafia dont get a kill)
1 doctor (gets one save attempt per night)
4 townspeople...

You're aware that if a townie is lynched day one (as is very likely with the entire town probably needing to be on board for a mafioso to get lynched) and mafia kill night one, the game is over? Without wanting to be overly critical this is a horrible, horrible setup.

How so? 7 town, 3 mafia. 2 townies dead at the start of Day 2 is stil 5 townies to 3 mafia.
