Settlers of Catan

Hello.

I am looking for something that is to Settlers of Catan as CC is to (The Game Which Must Not Be Named). I've found several sites, including the official one, which allow you to play online with others, but all of them are real time. I'd like to find one like CC that gives you a day to take your turn. More Low key. Anyone know of anything? It seems like something tha twould be immensely popular.

All I've ever found has been real time. There's another board game I really enjoy that I play with my brother in law, but it has to be real time.

I love playing it in real life, but when I tried it once online, it just lost it's flare (as did Diplomacy).

great game, you can get some damn goodmatches on xbox live btw... but they are live too

I love love love Settlers, but it loses much flavour when no one can see one's smiling business man face followed by the smooth talking on trades, misinformation, and the villain-ization of one's opponents. =D
