... I see arrows along the Great Wall. Do they indicate that attacks can move only in that direction?

... And what of the mountain ranges between India & Tibet, and elsewhere? Do those have any effect?

... That's 2 questions, actually. I looked on the How To Play page and didn't see any info. Somebody help me out.

Yes, along the great wall you can only attack from Inner Mongolia to normal Mongolia. And the mountain ranges are blockers, you can't attack over them, either way...
