I would like a full inquiry made into Jonesthecurl's history of allegiance to the Rainbow Rule as well as any recruitment efforts made by the Gang of Five to contract him as a double agent. This must be done to protect the integrity of the forthcoming T&A usergroup, of which Jonesthecurl could possibly one day be a member.

As the unofficial spokesperson for the gang of five, of which we are not a gang due to foe lists and common dislikes, jones the curl has never been, nor ever will be recruited by the gang of five.

Mainly because it brings this question to mind. Who the hell is jones the curl?

I plan to get to the bottom of this as this behavior is UNACCEPTABLE. Please post any examples of suspicious behavior in which Woodruff has been engaged so I can begin to put together a case.

I have reviewed this case. It is dismissed without prejudice.

Due to a lack of available evidence, Woodruff will not be found culpable for hacking Saxitoxin's account, however, this case may be reopened in the future pending the availability of additional evidence.

I have reviewed this case.

Once again we have a case where both the accused and the accuser must be held to account. Jonesthecurl is, indeed, culpable of the infractions cited, however, Pimpdave is culpable of bringing to this forum a matter that is not an interplayer dispute, which is the only matter this tribunal was convened to consider.

Therefore, both Pimpdave and Jonesthecurl will be given an equal and equitable punishment.

Pimpdave's Punishment - Pimpdave will write a formal acknowledgment of transgression at least 10 words in length and post it in some forum, though it need not necessarily be the ConquerClub forum.

Jonesthecurl's Punishment - Jonesthecurl will permit Pimpdave to impregnate his girlfriend. Jonesthecurl will, thereafter, raise the child as his own until its 18th birthday at which time he will give him or her a bus ticket to any place in the continental U.S. or Canada and a $50 iTunes gift card.

There is no evidence that a membership quota, or ceiling, exists for a Torment-of-User Group (TUG) on ConquerClub. As someone who has been getting a TUG job from the Gang of Five for many months now I can state this with absoluteness in accuracy.
