Comments:So a while back I was in game 5905756 with 3 of these 4 players and noticed that they were clearly working together so I looked into it and thought for sure they were multis.. so I opened a ticket and was told that they were not multis and that there wasn't enough evidence for them conducting secret diplomacy. Looks like a good catch, interesting how legendman gets to win all the time... He has a win % of 66. But in games with his buddies its hovering around the 92%mark.... Of course they could just be good friends. Its interesting that there are only 25 players from egypt. legendman is the highest ranked player in egypt, and he the majority of his recent games contain his buddies. If they are multies that would be 12% of egyptian players busted in one hit.

So the busting was repealed? This does look very suspect. Obviously I don't have the jedi mind skills of a multi hunter mod, or the best cheat detecting software. This is pretty confusing though isn't it. Busted, but still playing. Cleared.
Yeah so wait I'm confused...they were busted, but then cleared by Andy..why were they cleared by Andy? It's not even like they are paying members, they freemiums... could you send me a link to when they were busted and subsequently cleared?

they would of appealed by e ticket. And the reasons for them being cleared is between them and cc.
That's the one I made, and they were not busted... if that's the one they were supposedly originally busted for how come it says they were cleared..I don't see anywhere it says they were busted... and they have no other threads that I can see.. Sounds like a conspiracy to me

u mean this one i did read it and look at the link you made was for 2 of the players not 4 also read what responses were put in that post. seems to me that when you get somthing wrong you cant admit it.(not u personally in general.) look at a few weeks ago with aon and the proxi thing. any ways enough said.

Eddie please don't be an idiot mate. We would all like a few more answers on what seems to be a blatant case of rule breaking. The fact that they were busted than cleared last year, has no bearing on a new case. Your off topic little pissing contest with Lord V is drawing attention away from the questions more serious people have asked. Love you most of the time, but in this case put a sock in it please.
Over to you Lord V, could you provide the community with a coherent list of reasons please(yes we are aware you were not the mod that dealt with the accused the first time). A lot of members are concerned about transparency, and consistency. So a clear public answer to a public accusation would be really useful. Thanks again for taking the time to look into this issue.

Simply the reason why they werent found guilty of secret diplomacy the first time. They had played a total of 1 game.
lol, thats a good reason. Is there a double jeopardy rule? Can people not be accused of the same thing twice. This current/recently closed case does look very suspect. Even though the first case wasn't. This one stinks like rotting fish in the sun.
I dont know the reasonings why things happen the way they do. But they happen for a reason. I do understand your frustration about this but somethings get ruled one way and after a closer look at it, the ruling was changed. Ref. secret Diplomacy, I dont see clear cut evidence on this. So for the time being it will be noted. I was the first to post ref. this and it was my mistake. I should have spoke with the others but when I looked them up I saw it 1 way when in fact it was a mater that was cleared up. I hope this in some way helps. If not, well theres not much more that can be done. We try to do the right thing when the time comes but sometimes even we sometimes dont see the bottom line, this is why there are a few of us to help out each other, one might see something another one misses that is what happened in this case.

Any way you could play a game him with them? Maybe then you would get a clearer understanding of how they work. I appreciate your efforts too, but honestly this has to be the most clear cut case.
I feel like we have given you a decent explanation. Every hunter and c&a mod has looked at this in either the public or behind the scenes.
