I have mentioned this numerous times and can't understand why it can't be done.
First and example from tonight - and this has happened often by the way .... Luxumbourg Map 1v1... opponent gets a bonus drop +2 AND first turn ... he begins and takes out 3 of my territories leaving me with 3 left and him sitting with a big stack next to them. Two plays later its game over - I NEVER stood a chance ... this is ridiculous.
It should be easy to eliminate bonus drops on small maps like this ... the game I described was NOT even worth playing ... and this happens with some frequency (probably small due to number of games played). I hate when I get these drops too because they are worthless wins, and not enjoyable to play.

This post makes me wonder. Would you still have complained if YOU always had a good drop and got to go first? Would you still think it's unfair and try to resolve the issue?
If you like 1v1 so much, try to play maps with equal starting positions.
Don't like the chance of dropping bonus on small maps? Play 5-6-7 players games.

Yeah the option of "not playing" is actually the best option here. It is quite frankly impossible to make all maps fair with all possible combinations.

Duane: You know what they say about love and war.
Tim: Yes, one involves a lot of physical and psychological pain, and the other one's war.
YES, I would want to resolve the issue if I always got the bonus drop and first go .... it's happened for me as often as it has for my opponent and it downright sucks ... the game is not enjoyable and at the end of the day, that's why I'm here ... to play and have fun.

Well, again, if you want enjoyable games so much, play maps with fair starting positions. It takes some time to get used to, but it will rock your world

For the record, coding the territs of small bonuses as starting territories for separate players does negate the possibility of one player dropping it... However, I don't see it being implemented. Once Central America is finished, the smaller bonus will be coded in this way to avoid exactly what your issue is.
this game should not give bonuses on the drop. the fact that it can is a basic flaw in the game. I am discontinuing play because I am frankly sick of the site anyway.

It's the same chances that someone drops on a continent in regular Risk (not that Conquer Club is in any way related to Risk or Hasbro or anything else).

you haven't experience the site until you have bought premium
And i don't get why you people hate this. The drops, the dice are meant to be RANDOM. Sooner or later, you guys will be complaining "Well he got 3 spaces on Aussie and i only got 1". Every so often, if you play the board game that is in no way associated with this site, Risk, someone will drop Aussie or SA. Especially if you were to play the person 1v1
