the first move (taken by by "gonzaga") in game 7034274 looked "suspicious" , but i was expecting to find the cheat to be a different player.
in total "dinamo" is in 31 of the 51 games that "gonzaga" has played/joined to play.
they are also both registered as in croatia.

also a quick look at "dinamo" turned up this player , who is also from croatia
"tomica1" 8 games , 4 with "dinamo" - suspicious , but not impossible to be coincidence

31 games together out of 51 joined and all bar 1 started by one or the other.

i think the odds of them not being a multi (or at the very least secret diplomacy) are about the same as winning a clasic game in one round when you start the round with 42 troops and only one teritory (for multi) and the opponant having 75 troops(for secret diplomacy)

reading his posts , he has had blocks imposed before . and blaitantly will only start more accounts to do this again.
