The most underated top notch players in CC... ?

Who are the guys that dont have the rank, that show up in your games and you are like "Need to watch that mofo"

Ive got two...

They actually could be generals if they didnt play almost any map or any setting and I love them more for it.

Mageplunka - This guy you would think is shit. And for a long time I did. I would draw even with him in contests won or lost. But then I realized he was on every map and ALWAYS had a goood showing. Then 3 months ago I invited him to a few team games. This GUY CAN PLAY. I dont know why is rank stays there,,, I know he has an unbelievaqble rank on doodle and if he only played doodle tthen statistically he would be conqueror BY FAR.

CrashAWC- Lets just say you never want to meet this guy on a feudal or a map that is base fed like Jamaica et al.... I dont know how he does it.. but he is one of my oldest acquaintances in CC and he ALWAYS knows when to attack in the blind. He is like #1 or #2 in both the feudals... top notch. I actually am worryed for the ol boy atm.. he has missed a few turns and it seems like someone is playing his turns last 5 days... Hope he is alright.


Anyway.... Id stick these two against anyone any setting, and Id wager on them.... both damn good players.

Crash is good at Fuedal...but I beat him at it 1v1 does that make me general worthy?

New world, Jam.,Feudal.... the guy has a weird sense of where everyone is in fog and when to attack them. His rank is down atm going through some personal stuff. But he usually stays around the major level. I have not met anyone else that has this kind of game sense on those kind of maps.

Ill say this now.... Denise is the finest 8 man esc partner ive ever had in CC. Crash is my best partner on feudals and new worlds. But Denise really really gets how 8 man esc is very different from every other style.

really? holy shit.... She/he didn't do that playin 8 man esc though, I promise you. ... And Denise is my underdog player because they are simply the best teammate ive had at 8man esc... I dont think im great or the best at those settings, But I think I know mud from choco pie there. Ive only played like 5k games.. I see others with like 10k games.. so maybe I just have not seen the best 8man esc players yet. I dunno.

I just made a huge mistake in a dubs tourny I'm in, so whenever I feel defeated I will come back and read this thread. It will be a great boost to my confidence. That win we just had was a highlight, to be sure. Luv it when you give me the honors of sweeping like that. You are also very good, and we have a great % on those settings, let's keep it up!

And erm, I have never been higher than major, it must be another denise you're thinking of, tdans. Give me some time though, I'll get there someday!

Im going to add lunch36 .... I didnt add him before because I dont think he is very underrated. But today I saw the guy do the same stuff I have expected of him as a teammate for the last year and a half and thats work miracles when my bone head ass messes up.

He really really is good. And he doesnt play a lot of games.. So like jsut now I was thinking maybe you guys dont know him. He is a major and always up to team up with good players.. add him.. he needs games and I cant keep him in enough :S

Its funny. I wish I could show you guys what I see from him... basically we will be losing at the end of my turn and when that turn comes back up for me in 30 hrs or so.. we will be winning in some fashion that I cannot figure out how he did

What does underrated mean? I might say [player]Spijker81[/player] and [player]cowboyz[/player], but I don't think anyone that has played them thinks Captain is their true level.

I know quite a few other people I could mention, but it almost feels like a backhanded compliment to call someone "underrated" (it isn't supposed to!)

By your definition, I don't think you should be nominating Iron Maid and Loes. I believe those two have quite a rep within the clan community as incredible players. They're not quite in the same class as the other three.
