yes its a violation of rule #2 secret diplomacy.

all chat about an active game that users are in togehter shall be done in the game chat area of that game in a language all users can understand. Truces are allowed, but to be fair they need to be openly asked and received so all other parties can see.


There is a form template you should use when filling out a claim in here. Its already provided when you create a new thread. It outlines who you think is vioalating the rules, what game(s) it takes place in, and whats going on. Seeing as this is your 1st post ever and you are a newcomer to this forum, no worries. Next time try your best to use the form though, it helps us locate what you want us to look at.

and yes Lelorrain did plenty of talking about alliances open in chat, but he talked about non agressions towards the OP on his wall and not in chat. That isnt allowed.
