Nattyslide and Mazdaspeeld multis [Cleared]

I think Nattyslide and Mazdaspeeld r multies/Friends

they (he) play together like the game is a double, also they maked a account on the same day(1march)
as u can see, Nattyslide, leaves his borders Undefended!
and mazdaspeed could 've easily attacked europe, at least Iceland, to make sure he didnt get 5 extra armies next turn

Last turn, they logged in at the same time, and they both got 22 armies.
Nattyslide attacked North america and Mazda waited untill Natty was finished, then natty attacked SOuth America and leaves Venezuela Undefended
when natty finished his Fortifications " , Mazda took North America...

what do u guys think about this situation, i'm not 100% sure they're cheat, but its pretty obivious...
