We have to wait until the round of 27 is full and there are two 1600+ reserves before the tournament can be authorised. If not enough 1600+ players sign up before the 30 day limit, then the entire tournament will be scrapped. The qualifying round can only begin after the round of 27 is full because new players joining change the seeding, and I don't want to limit the last few days to only certain players being allowed to join.

I estimate it starting in about 7 days.
