Is there a wayto reset, restart an account or even delete one??

No, there is no way to restart an account, or restart one.

And remember, having multiple accounts is against the rules and will result in being banned from CC

Not entirely true....In extreme cases they have deleted them. It's a case by case basis in my experience, with the answer usually being no.

If you do create a multiple account, they do let you choose which one you want to keep once they ban you.

but you have to buy premium on one of the accounts. but i should'nt be giving this sort of advice
