I had to take a break from the site for a while, but I remember I had something installed that told me who owned what territory, divided by bonuses and color coded.

For example it would say:
NA: Anchorage (in grey), Mexico City (in orange), blah blah blah (in whatever color) etc. It was very helpful at the first part of the game to help decide where your best chances were, and to keep a closer eye on opponents.

I looked around but couldn't seem to find it, is it still around?

In case you cannot spot this feature in the cornucopia that is BOB, what you are describing is the Text Map, which is available two ways: under the View Options, which sets it up for all games you are in, and under the Map Options, which sets it up on a map-by-map basis. Both Map Options and View Options appear under the BOB Menu in the menu/toolbar/control area at the left of each Conquer Club page.
