lmao, i did enjoy my games today, i went from corporal to major, it is not about the fun, it is the principle. i would be in agreement to 15 games, i like to set up 20 speed doodles , and 10 or so assorted speed games, i keep people entertained, and keep people playing speed games. i may also help yeti keep his paycheck,,,haha.....i just think 10 is a little small , but i do understand why.....as far as the point dumpers and multis, i do not think that will stop them, and like i said before, i was a multi and cheater, and i admit that , like i admitted it before. i went to cc school for cheaters and now i am reformed, i have no choice either. 10 people could start 10 speed games, and have 8-9 players waiting till a game ends, so there are ways around this as well. but that is not what you want to know...there is ALWAYS ways around .but i will TRY this. i would rather see some of the stupid games removed, and there are alot of them, to speed up the server, and let us have our fun and addiction needs met....this is not what we paid for, but we will do as you say

I used to make like 12 1v1 games on twelve different maps.
Sometimes, very funny people would join about 6 of them, and I'd still beat them 6/6
It does take some coordination which I'm not always perfect at though

Anyway, recently I would only make 10 different maps, which explains why I haven't noticed anything. It should still be undone though.

If 10 seems like too few, we can always revisit it in the future. Give 10 Speed Game limit some time. In any case though, I think the limit is a good step in the right direction---making it more difficult for people to manipulate the Scoreboard, their account, and other knowing or unknowing users, at least in this specific way.

I will never have a problem will this, but I can see where it would be a problem for some people. Assdoodles take a while to fill, and are best set up in big bunches. If you're an Assdoodler, you can easily have at least 15 games active and waiting, combined.

Personally, I would like to see the cut-off somewhere around 15. When I was going for medals, I often had 4 or 5 games active and 7-8 assdoodles waiting to fill.

And, of course, we need to accomodate KP's farming tactics

Of course, since it doesn't affect me anymore, I don't see a problem in trying out the 10-game limit and seeing if there's a lot of opposition. In the end, though, 15 should probably be the limit. 15 will still hurt people like Mageplunka, but to a lesser extent than 10 will. However, with the 15-game limit, others will be able to create games to their satisfaction, while they would be limited by the 10-game restriction.

Then, there is the issue of the main reason why this restriction was made; point dumping. Personally, I think that accomodating our premium members (at least to this extent) is more important than deterring the actions of cheaters. Obviously, a restriction must be made, but I say it should be 15 and not 10. Others may say 20; some may say 5. This is just my opinion.

Even with the assassin players--most assassin games are over before more than three start at the same time so it should not effect the assassin players


Personally I will play a max of 7 speed games on arms race sometimes--not very often

i think 15 are good as well. and as a ASS doodler, i would set up 20-25, and they could take up to a few hours for anyone to play, but yes , sometimes when they do start a run, they come fast

This change in no way stops you from playing unlimited simultaneous games. It only means that no more than 10 of them can be speed games, but you can still have as many going as you like in general. So nothing about that page is wrong.

I still feel warm and fuzzy about CC - it's a great place to have fun and I really appreciate that the mods and lack have put in all this time to keep the site going. While the addiction part is definitely true, I can at least say for myself that I know it's in no way easy to run a site like this, so I don't just blindly think that the mods are out to get us. They wouldn't keep this site running if they didn't enjoy it, and if they weren't out to let people have fun.

If this change helps prevent abuse of players, I don't see why we wouldn't support it, especially when there are no compelling reasons for anyone to want to play more than 10 games at once. Sure, it would be ideal if we could let people do whatever they wanted, but the fact is that there's a clear negative to not having a limit, and no clear positives.

I've quoted Mag, but it could of been any person bragging about how many speed games they are able to play at once.

you may be able to play these 10, 15 or 20 games at a time, but for other players waiting for 4 or 5 minutes for you to take your turn, it's annoying.

the 4 or 5 minutes you get for a taking a turn should only really take that long if you are in the process of an elimination

People sign up to this site and have limited extra's you get with payment....1 is unlimited games which is the main attraction..the next is speed games....and this was unlimited until a few days ago as far as i know...not sure why this has been instated but is not what paying users have been promised at point of payment...this is disturbing....what is the next premium membership option to go??? this seems a useless change.. what can be the advantage of doing this?????
this is amazingly ridiculous now.....i payed and signed up with full expectations to use this site as i always have played 30 -50 speed games at a time and many, many others do as well.....i dont care who has time to look at what.....there are many players that do this. join 15 speed assasins and are actually playing in another active 10..games.....thats how those game fill..WITHOUT being able to create and join many games they will be very slow start and keep them going.....therefore this not what i paid for!!!!
