We were playing an RT game and Maltbeverage already started his turn, but then he stopped playing and he still had 24 hours (instead of 1)
I am not sure if he cheated but...anyway

Edit: Never mind I found it. Your game clock will read on a 24 hour clock the whole time, but his game clock switches to the 1 hour clock when he begins his turn. If you look in the game log you can see the time he started his turn and 1 hour after that if he has not ended his turn it will end automatically.
