Well they are going to win at least 2 of 3 - Rematch for all the marbles now!!! gg's flexflexmaster33 wrote:Louisiana Lafayette takes 2 of 3 against Rice to advance to the Austin Regional finals where the Ragin' Cajuns will need back-to-back wins over the host Longhorns...it could happen
Due to the double elimination nature of the event, you're not guaranteed to play everyone. You won your first game, Virginia lost... therefore, you didn't play in round 2. Then you won again, advancing to the finals; Virginia lost its second game before reaching the finals. This isn't a terribly unusual scenario in the NCAA Baseball playoffsLeehar wrote:Could you please explain to me how come Mississippi (me) didn't get to play Virginia, while VCU played Virginia twice?

Sorry for the delay, everyone! The rubber game between N.C. State and the Brook looks like its going to come down to extra innings (what's currently an extremely tight 3rd game of our 2nd set of 3 games).dowian2 wrote:15 teams have moved on to the Super Regionals; Stony Brook and N.C. State are still duking it out in Charleston. Super Regional games will come out as soon as their match is over!
